Ⅰ）PAN系炭素繊維・・・・・アクリル繊維を炭素化して得られるもので、高強度・高弾性率の
性能を持つ繊維です。
一般に構造材料向け用途に使われています。
Ⅱ）ピッチ系炭素繊維・・・・石油・石炭系ピッチを炭素化して得られるもので、製造の諸条件で、
高強度・高弾性の性質を持つものもあります。
又、熱伝導率や導電性の優れた性質をもち、それらの性質を活かして
様々な用途に使われています。
